*54 million people live in Myanmar.

*The average yearly income is $1400.

*1 in 3 live below the poverty line.

*The population of Kenya is also nearly 54 million people.

Nearly half of Kenyan households earn less than $100/month.

It is currently estimated that there are over 3 million orphans in Kenya.

*Many families are simply unable to care for their children.
